What is import export data?

Import export data is the shipment-level record of goods crossing borders: who shipped, who received, what product and HS code, how much, at what value, through which ports and on which date. EximTradeIntel compiles bill of lading and customs declaration records into one searchable platform.

How current is the data on EximTradeIntel?

Coverage runs from 2019 to 2026. Searches with a country or an HS code cover every year in that range, and keyword searches start with the most recent records, so buyer and supplier lists reflect companies that are actively trading. Stone, tile, mosaic, terrazzo, concrete tile and wood flooring records also cover 2015 to 2018.

Can I try the platform before paying?

Yes. A free account includes unlimited searches and a starter allowance of export credits, with no card required. Contact fields unlock when you move to a paid plan.

Which countries are covered?

182 countries and territories across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Oceania. Each market has its own import and export data page with trends, top HS codes and trade partners.

How is this different from free trade statistics?

Official statistics give totals by product and country. EximTradeIntel goes to the shipment level, so you can see the actual companies, prices, quantities and routes behind those totals and act on them.

Can I see company contact details?

Company names are visible to every registered user. Addresses, phone numbers, websites and tax identifiers are shown on paid plans, and every record you export carries those fields.

Do searches use up my credits?

No. Searching, filtering, opening records and running analytics are unlimited. Credits are spent only when you export rows to Excel or CSV, at one credit per row.

Can I get a full extract for a country or HS code?

Yes. Any plan holder can request a complete history for a country, an HS chapter or a set of companies. We confirm the record count and price, then deliver the files as Excel or CSV.
