Trade intelligence, without the enterprise price tag
EximTradeIntel was started by people who spent years buying, selling and moving goods across borders and were tired of paying six figures for the same shipment data the big consultancies use. We built the tool we wanted: honest coverage, transparent pricing and answers in seconds.
What EximTradeIntel does
Our mission
Give every exporter, importer, forwarder and analyst the same visibility into world trade that the largest corporations have, at a price a small business can justify from the first deal it wins.
What we compile
Bill of lading manifests and customs declarations, matched to company registries and mapped to 6-digit HS subheadings and national tariff lines. Everything is deduplicated and indexed so a single search covers both record types.
How we source it
Aggregate flows come from national customs authorities and UN trade statistics. Company-level detail comes from published manifests, declaration records and verified business registries. Where a figure is modelled from aggregates rather than observed, we label it as an estimate.
How we charge
Search is free. You pay once for an access period and spend credits only when you export rows. There is no auto-renewal and no pressure to buy seats you will not use.
Three principles behind every record
Provenance first
Every dataset carries its source type. Official aggregates are shown as official. Shipment-level detail is shown with the record it came from. We never blend the two silently.
Companies, not just codes
A tariff code is only useful once you know who trades under it. We resolve importer and exporter names to profiles with location, industry, size and trade history so a search ends in a contact, not a statistic.
Freshness you can see
The platform is refreshed monthly. Every country and product page shows the years it covers, and shipment samples are dated so you can judge recency yourself.
Who relies on EximTradeIntel
Export managers use it to shortlist importers in a new market before a trade fair. Sourcing teams use it to confirm that a supplier really ships the grade and volume it promises. Freight forwarders use it to find beneficial cargo owners on the lanes they serve. Customs brokers use it to check how a product is actually classified in practice. Banks and insurers use it to confirm that a counterparty is an active trader. Analysts use it to size markets from the bottom up instead of guessing from top-down statistics.
The team is based in India and works with customers on five continents. We answer email within one business day and we are happy to run a coverage check for your product or market before you buy anything.
