Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using eximtradeintel.com or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Team seats may be used only by named members of your organisation; sharing a single seat between several people is not permitted.

3. Plans, credits and payment

Plans are one-time purchases valid for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Credits are consumed only when you export rows and remain valid until the plan expires. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added at checkout. A plan activates once payment is confirmed.

4. Permitted use of the data

You may search, view, analyse and export trade records for your organisation's internal business purposes, including prospecting, sourcing, research and reporting. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the data or any substantial part of it, build a competing dataset from it, or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download beyond the export features provided.

5. Data accuracy

Records are compiled from public trade filings, official statistics and business registries and are provided as commercial intelligence. We work to keep them accurate and current but do not warrant that any record is complete or error-free. Where a value is estimated it is labelled as such. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the data.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software and the compilation of records are owned by EximTradeIntel or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no other rights are granted.

7. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the data to send unsolicited communications in breach of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in force at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections concerning permitted use, intellectual property and liability survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
